The No. 1 overall Kentucky Wildcats defeated Kansas, 67-59, in the NCAA Men’s Championship game. The win is the first title for head coach John Calipari.
The win is Kentucky’s 8th national championship overall and the school’s first since 1998.
Kentucky’s Anthony Davis was named the Final Four’s MOP. Davis is the fourth freshman to win the Men’s Final Four Most Outstanding Player Award.

Final Four on Saturday: Louisville-Kentucky at 6:09 pm ET followed by Ohio State-Kansas 8:49 pm ET. Games will be played at the Superdome and televised on the CBS Network.
